Jin Sheng Long

Jin Sheng Long () or Bao Du Feng (爆肚冯) is a restaurant in Beijing, China. It was founded during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor (r. 1875–1908) in the Qing dynasty. It is now a chain restaurant with numerous outlets.
Jin Sheng Long is known for its bao du. The first outlet was founded in Menkuang Hutong, at the Zhengyangmen Dashilan. It was registered by the Beijing National Trademark Office in 1995. It established Bao Du Feng Brastel Catering Services Ltd in 1998–1999.
